IS Customer Service (Support/Helpdesk)
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Having experience in IT End User Support in a medium-large company (min. 100 users)
- Sufficient knowledge about concepts of Customer Service & Operational Excellence
- Extensive knowledge in Windows XP, Windows 7, and MS Office: install, configuration, troubleshoot
- Basic concepts of networking
- Basic concepts of MS Windows infrastructure (domain/Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Operations Intranet and content to ensure Operations information is well informed properly to the stakeholders.
- Coordinate article writing collection and ensure the content meets required standard.
- Provide professional Business Presentation and monitor content update.
- Support Operations of any big event and project.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in communication with minimum GPA ≥ 3.00;
- Minimum 3 years experience in communication field;
- Good understanding in communication strategies;
- Basic knowledge in MS Office and Macintosh applications;
- Advance in MS PowerPoint and Keynote;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
- Strong analytical skill, drive for result, and good interpersonal skill

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Any Field with minimum GPA 3.00;
- Having experience in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent will be an advantage;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written;

- The incumbent of this position would be responsible in supporting the National Security Manager as follow:
- Responsible towards security system in guarding company assets in our workarea
- Maintaining and monitoring the performance of security personnel as well as in delivering training to security personnel if necessary
- Intensively handle the security condition of our plant at workarea
- Responsible to capture security issues in the field continue with doing necessary coordination and inspection to handle the existing security issues
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Having experiences specializing in Security Operations;
- Familiar working in multinational environment;
- Capable to face police and/or military official to handle issues related with business needs;
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
- Good in Communication & Reporting;
- Familiar in operation Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Willing to travel.
